CPR in Your Underwear?

Sometimes CPR must be performed in one’s underwear, but for one Spanish police woman, hot models in lingerie is just plain sexist.

Fortnight Lingerie, a Canadian underwear firm created a racy, tongue-in-cheek “Super-Sexy CPR” training video that, so far, hasn’t met with any complaints, until recently.

The medical training staff chose the video because of it’s humor. A spokesman for Aragon Police states that the video will not be used again for training.

2 Reason To Get CPR Certified

We don’t need statistics to know that CPR saves lives. And the earlier CPR is initiated on a victim, the greater the chance of survival.

According to the American Heart Association, one-hundred-thousand to two-hundred-thousand children and adults, and countless squirrels, could be saved annually if CPR was performed early enough.

Furthermore, more women than men suffer from heart attacks, and 70% of these cardiac emergencies happen in the home.

So, here are two reasons to get CPR certified.

You could save a loved one’s life.

He was out to make routine repairs and maintenance when he spotted a squirrel at the bottom of the pool. He administered life saving CPR he had learned previously.

In the video, the reporter gives instructions on how to perform CPR on a squirrel. We agree with most of the information presented, but we would recommend using the “hands only method,” in this case. You don’t know where that squirrel has been!
